*Minimal intervention white wine made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, in basaltic soils, hence the name of the wine, with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of exogenous yeasts and aging for 12 months in used oak barrels.

With a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, this wine brings with it aromas of yellow fruits such as passion fruit, lemon, herbaceous, mineral touches and notes of vanilla, with a light, refreshing taste, excellent acidity, notes of citrus fruits, notes of white flowers and passion fruit. We suggest pairing it with oysters, seafood ceviche, octopus carpaccio and dishes with white meats.*

*Minimal intervention white wine made exclusively from Chenin Blanc, in basaltic soils, hence the name of the wine, with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of exogenous yeasts and aging for 32 months in used oak barrels.

It shows floral and herbal notes involving its white and stone fruit, with hints of citrus, reductive, pears, peaches and umami with saline presence. It has a vertical finish. Fluid and pleasant to drink, inviting to drink a second glass. A great wine, which is certainly one of the best whites currently made in Brazil.*

Hand press Medium body, fresh and glou glou Unusual Merlot that has been well acclaimed. Twice oaked

*Minimal intervention red wine made exclusively from Merlot. It shows blood red colour. It has a freshness with silky soft touch and balanced body. The aromas of fresh ripe stone fruits, red berries, tropical fruits with umami with a slight tanin touch. It is unavoidably one of the best playful wines for the explorers.
